No Return & No Refund

All VOLTRAX WiFi Mini UPS products are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase.
If the product has a genuine technical issue covered under warranty, we will repair or resolve the issue.

6-Month Warranty

Every VOLTRAX WiFi Mini UPS comes with a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Our Responsibility

  • The VOLTRAX Mini UPS is designed to power your WiFi router and keep it ON during load shedding.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the proper functioning of the VOLTRAX Mini UPS itself.
  • Genuine technical faults in the Mini UPS will be handled under the warranty.

Internet & ISP Issues

  • VOLTRAX is not responsible for internet connectivity, network signals, or ISP-related issues.
  • If your Internet Service Provider does not provide network backup during load shedding and your internet stops, VOLTRAX will not be responsible, even if your router remains ON.

2A Charger Requirement

  • The VOLTRAX Mini UPS is designed to work with a 2A charger, as clearly mentioned on our website and on the device.
  • Customers must use a 2A charger as recommended.
  • If a customer uses a 1A or any unsupported charger against our recommendation and the Mini UPS does not work properly, VOLTRAX will not be responsible for the resulting issue.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Internet/WiFi or ISP issues
  • Network or signal problems
  • Router or connected-device faults
  • Use of an unsupported charger
  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Water/liquid damage
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Unauthorized opening, repair, or modification

VOLTRAX is responsible for the proper functioning of the Mini UPS itself. Internet service, network availability, and the performance of the connected router or ISP remain outside our responsibility.
